Delivery Information

Remember - your mattress arrives at your door in a 1mx0.5mx0.5m box. Incredible right!?

We believe in taking the hassle out of choice when it comes to finding the perfect mattress, but we believe in choice when you want your mattress delivered.

We offer 72 hour business day delivery for orders placed before 5pm. If you order after 5pm, your Simba will be delivered up to 96 hours after, assuming both are working business days. If you order at the weekend, your mattress will be dispatched either on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. If there is a bank holiday on Monday, then your mattress will be dispatched on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. But we know sometimes you may want to order and choose a later date - that's no problem.

After placing your order, within 48 hours, you will receive a shipping notification email that will inform you of a tracking number. You can follow the link on that tracking number, or enter it on the link below, and by registering for UPS MyChoice you can choose any day of delivery for your mattress (Monday to Friday). Alternatively, if you happen to miss the delivery without rearranging it, no problem - you will get a UPS missed delivery card through the door, which will give you options to book a re-delivery to your door. Don't worry - it won't be taken a depot for collection - delivery can be attempted 3 times to your door.

Shipping Monday to Friday is completely free of charge.

We use UPS for all our deliveries - they are reliable, tracking is good for you the customer and we've always found their delivery team to be courteous (as well as dressed the part!).
